They have hosted company-wide contests and recently honored their employees’ 2020 high school and college graduates. The company’s ability to pivot their operational strategy and approach has maintained their path in cultivating a positive employee experience.

To continue to foster their employee engagement, they have sent care packages to employees all their employees. The care packages include face masks, hand sanitizers, lunch vouchers, gift cards, and other items that support local and small businesses. They provided summer fun packages to employees, to help employees enjoy the extra time at home.

Moreover, Resolute has continued to support their local communities during this difficult time. They facilitated a program where children of their employees drew pictures and wrote messages for the patients and healthcare workers at Howard County General Hospital and the residents of the Lighthouse Senior Living facility in Ellicott City. They have also hosted a catered lunch for the healthcare workers at the Emergency Room Department at Howard County General Hospital.
